Step 1:
If you have not already done so, please check the email that you provided to Melaleuca when you enrolled. You will find your official company welcome letter, with instructions on how to create your online account and login. From this site, you are able to see real time tracking of your business, place product orders, and have access to an array of tools and benefits.
Please note, the first time you access Melaleuca.com, you will need to do so from a computer. Most phones and tablets do not allow you to make login credentials. Once your password is created from a computer, you will have no problem accessing the site from your mobile device.
If you do not see your welcome email, please check your spam/junk mail. If you are a Gmail user, sometimes the welcome letters will go into a folder called Promotions. If you are still unable to find it, simply call 1-800-282-3000 and one of our AMAZING Melaleuca customer service reps will be happy to resend it out for you!
