Hi there, and thank you for requesting information on our appointment setting job. I know what you are about to read is long, but we like to be thorough. We are not the type of company that will send you links or videos to explain ourselves. We don't ask you to sell products or buy a business kit. We do business the old fashioned way. We prefer to speak to people personally and give everyone the time and attention they deserve. This is a little more time consuming, but this does 2 things for us. First and most importantly, everyone gets the information the exact same way. Think of this as your company handbook. 

Secondly, it shows us people's level of seriousness and a little bit about their personality. We are looking for people who have patience and treat others with kindness. At no time will we tolerate negativity or rudeness. We will work as quickly as possible to get you the information, but we are helping over 100 people a day. At times we get crazy busy and your message will get pushed all the way down. It can get hard to find people sometimes when you have as many messages coming in as fast as we do. No matter what, we will make sure you have all the info you need to make an informed choice if this is a good fit. We will do as fast as possible, just bear with us. 

Just as if you would read through a company handbook, we ask you to take your time. If you have trouble reading large amounts of info, we can schedule a phone call with you to explain. We want you to love this 1000% or why bother? We have to do something that makes us happy and we can feel good about. We will teach you every step of the way. Now again, we are not one of those companies that's going to ask you to sell anything. No home parties or putting on presentations, we don't pass out catalogs or make deliveries the way an Avon Lady does. Are you familiar with that kind of company like Avon, where you have to buy stuff to sell to others? I just knew I never wanted to do that. This can work for men or women who are 18+ and living in the USA or Canada.

You need a good attitude and to let us teach you. The company has been around over 31 years. It's the only thing that ever really worked for me. We provide you a list of people who have requested info on working at home. You will simply call/text and ask 1 question. Are you still looking for an honest and ethical work at home job? If they say yes, you will set an appointment for them to speak to me. If they love what I have to say and decide they want to start, our company will pay you $17.50 each. You make your own flexible schedule and we are a real family comes first kind of company.

They also allow people to work at home setting appointments and sending text messages to people who have requested info about becoming an employee of our company.

Remember always, you are NOT selling anything, ever. You make $17.50 for every good appointment you set for us. Instead of selling the Melaleuca products we are just in charge of account set up, we are not distributors. I’ll explain a little better. To be clear, no one has to invest anything. You are setting appointments, then I handle giving them the info on what Melaleuca offers, both as a work at home and as a manufacturing company. We get the list to set the appointments with at no cost.

For every account I open, from an appointment you set, the company will pay you the $17.50 directly by either direct deposit or paper check. It is a 1099 position. Since we have a list of people who already requested info about working at home, you don’t have to recruit. We have no hassles or surprises. We tell people about the company 1 time and we are done. No home parties, no making deliveries or passing out catalogs. We have none of the hassles that go along with Multi-level marketing. Work when you want, full time or part time.

We are simply referring people to the company. That's where our work ends. Melaleuca makes products people are already buying everyday. Everything is non toxic.
